What is Kinky Agency?
Kinky Agency is a free 3D truth-or-dare board game for consenting adults. 2 to 8 players move around a 40-tile board drawing Truth, Dare and Private challenge cards, with four difficulty levels from soft to extreme.
Is Kinky Agency free?
Yes, completely free — no subscription, no paid cards, no locked difficulties. Ads shown on the game board cover the costs.
Who is it for?
Consenting adults 18+. Couples use it for date nights, friend groups for parties. Pick soft for playful evenings, extreme only when everyone enthusiastically agrees.
How many players do we need?
2 to 8. Two players works great for couples; 3 to 5 keeps rounds snappy; 6 to 8 makes a full party game.
What devices work?
Any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone — no download or install. You can also install it as an app-like PWA from your browser.
Which languages are supported?
English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese, for both the interface and the game cards.
Can I skip a card I dislike?
Always. Skipping is a core rule: tap skip, the turn passes, zero judgment. Anyone pushing back on a skip is breaking the actual rules.
Is my privacy protected?
Game sessions live on your device and the server only stores what the game needs to function. No accounts, no profiles, no tracking of your answers. Read the privacy policy for details.
How is this different from a deck of truth-or-dare cards?
The board, dice, animated 3D movement, automatic turn order, four calibrated difficulty levels and hundreds of cards do the hosting for you — nobody has to invent dares or manage the flow.
Can we play long-distance?
Yes — share your screen on a video call and have one person operate the board while everyone answers and dares together. A dedicated online mode is on the roadmap.
