How to play Kinky Agency

Setup in under a minute

Open the game, add 2 to 8 players with names and colors, then choose a difficulty: soft for a playful warm-up, medium for a spicy evening, hardcore or extreme when everyone explicitly wants more. Pick one of six languages and press start.

Before the first roll, agree on two things as a group: a safe word that stops any card immediately, and whether skipped cards need a replacement dare. Two minutes of setup prevents all awkwardness later.

Tiles, cards and turns

Even-numbered tiles draw Truth questions, odd-numbered tiles draw Dare actions, and tiles 10 and 30 draw Private cards — secret challenges meant for one player. Tile 0 is Start: landing there ends your turn with no card, a welcome breather.

On your turn: roll the dice, watch your token glide to its tile, read the card aloud, then complete it or skip it — skipping is always allowed, no questions asked. Turns pass automatically, so nobody has to play referee.

Difficulty levels

Soft cards are flirty and funny, built for breaking the ice. Medium turns up the heat with bolder dares and revealing questions. Hardcore and extreme are explicit and intense — only pick them when every player enthusiastically consents.

You can change difficulty between games but not mid-game, which keeps everyone playing by the same rules they agreed to.

Tips for the best game night

Dim the lights, put phones on silent (except the one running the game), and keep drinks and snacks in reach — momentum matters. Start soft even with a bold group; you can always start a spicier second game.
